Remember loved ones this Christmas through Herriot Hospice’s Light Up a Life...

This Christmas, Herriot Hospice is inviting local families to come together for its annual Light Up a Life campaign – a cherished tradition that offers comfort, reflection and a moment of togetherness at what can be an emotional time of year.

The campaign gives people the opportunity to dedicate a light on Herriot’s Christmas tree in memory of someone special, celebrating their life and the love that continues to shine.

This year, Steve and his family are sharing the story of his wife, Sue, a much-loved wife, mum, grandma, teacher and friend, whose warmth and kindness touched countless lives across North Yorkshire.

Sue died peacefully at home in May this year, surrounded by her family and supported by Herriot Hospice.
